Dining at the Cammarch...

We are open for breakfast between 7.30 am – 9.00 am and 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm for dinner.  We also provide afternoon tea and lunches by arrangement or we can provide packed lunches for people who want to picnic out.

Simon is the Chef, and with a bit of help from Kathryn, prepares and cooks all the meals and nothing is bought in so we can guarantee you the freshest of ingredients which is purchased locally. We aim to buy the best ingredients that Wales has to offer, but sometimes it is necessary for us to go further a field for a particular item, especially for the more exotic ingredients.

The conservatory restaurant is bright and comfortable and overlooks the stunning gardens, in the summer months we can spill out onto the patio so guests can enjoy the sunshine whilst enjoying their breakfast or dinner.

Our breakfasts are fast becoming renowned and include:

• Fresh fruit salad
• A choice of 6 cereals
• Fruit and nuts to add to your cereal
• Porridge
• Full Welsh Breakfast including: free range eggs, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, black pudding, mushrooms, beans and hash browns
• Vegetarian sausages are also available
• Kippers
• Selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee

For those people who need to make an earlier start we can arrange an earlier breakfast or we can provide a packed breakfast to your requirements, such as a bacon sandwich.

Lunch tends to be something simple such as soup and a sandwich:

• Soups from a choice of: Carrot & Coriander, Tomato & Basil or Leek & Potato served with a ricotta and oregano roll
• Sandwich from a choice of: Beef & Horseradish; Ham Salad; Egg Mayonnaise; Cheese, Tomato and Onion;  Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese
• Scrambled egg & smoked salmon on toast

Dinners are long and leisurely and we have a selection of fine wines to accompany your meal.  Choices include:
