A past finalist in the AA Friendliest B & B of the Year Award the Cammarch has continued its commitment to maintaining exemplary standards of hospitality and service in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. The quality accommodation is spread over 4 floors and has 11 tastefully furnished en-suite bedrooms. We specialise in hosting and facilitating large gatherings be it extended family groups, reunions, business gatherings etc and are happy to work with you in an innovative and creative way to help you plan and prepare for that special occasion; talk to us and let us know what you have in mind. Fully licensed, we have an adjoining public bar and evening meals are available either in the bar dining area or in the guest's restaurant. We have a comfortable seating area with a log fire where you can relax and maybe take in the daily papers or enjoy a quiet drink and perhaps a chat with John and Hilary or other likeminded guests. Breakfast is served between 8 and 9am in the conservatory or on the terrace overlooking the stunning gardens. The natural beauty and terrain of the local area make it an ideal place for an activity based break, so if you enjoy walking, fly fishing, cycling, bird watching, star gazing, pony trekking, shooting, golfing or car and bike rallying, these are all available in the near vicinity. We have 7.5k of private fishing on three beats of the rivers Irfon and Cammarch where guests can fly fish for grayling, trout, salmon and chub. We have secure stores for cycles and fishing gear as well as a drying room. If you prefer a more leisurely break then our own garden is as tranquil a setting as any to sit and listen to the babbling river that meanders around the perimeter of the landscaped gardens. Look out for our speciality activities, be it golf / fishing or dart weekends or join us on one of our facilitated coaching or yoga sessions where you will be guided by our expert associates.

Ideal traveller's rest

We stopped overnight on the last night of an 18 day trip round England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. This was an ideal quiet spot for us to end our trip.

A lovely location on the Heart of Wales rail line.
